A concentrated vegetable soup base with 47% vegetables and rehydrated shiitake mushrooms for rich umami flavour. It also works in risotto, ragù, pulses and sauces, or as an all-purpose seasoning instead of stock or a bouillon cube.
For one serving, stir about 20 g—one tablespoon—into roughly 200 ml water and simmer briefly. The jar makes up to 10 servings or 2 litres of soup. Once opened, keep at up to +7 °C and consume within 14 days.
Ingredients: Concentrated vegetable soup base. Pasteurised. Vegetable blend 47% (carrot, garlic, onion, parsley, celery, lovage), water, rehydrated shiitake mushrooms 26%, soy sauce (drinking water, soybeans, wheat – gluten removed during fermentation, table salt), salt, sunflower oil, inactive dried yeast, spice blend (allspice, pepper, bay leaf, spice extracts). May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame and mustard.
Storage: Store in a dry, dark and cool place. Once opened, keep at up to +7 °C and consume within 14 days. Minimum shelf life: 2 months. Origin: EU.
