A quick base for Vietnamese pho
The concentrated flavour comes from 43% roasted vegetable mix and 14% shiitake mushrooms, complemented by soy sauce, seaweed and aromatic spices. The base is 100% plant-based, gluten-free and starch-free.
Mix with water, briefly simmer, then add cooked rice noodles and other ingredients. It also works in ramen, stir-fries or risotto. One 200 g pack makes about 1 litre of soup.
Ingredients: Concentrated vegetable soup base. Pasteurised. Vegetable mix 43% (carrot, garlic, onion, parsley, celery, coriander, ginger), water, rehydrated shiitake mushrooms 14%, soy sauce (drinking water, soybeans, wheat – gluten removed during fermentation, salt), salt, apple cider vinegar, cane sugar, Mirin rice wine (glutinous rice, water, rice, lemon extract), vegetable oil (soybean, sesame), sunflower oil, inactive dried yeast, spice mix (garlic, ginger, cinnamon, coriander, cardamom, cloves, lime leaf), seaweed. May contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts and mustard.
Storage: Store in a dry, dark and cool place. After opening, keep at up to +7°C and consume within 14 days.
