A concentrated vegan ramen base created to Adam Rundus's recipe with miso, peanut paste, shiitake mushrooms, vegetables and spices.
Use 2 tablespoons per 200 ml of water, stir well and simmer briefly. One 200 g jar makes up to 1 litre of soup.
Concentrated vegetable soup base. Pasteurised. Vegetable blend 35% (carrot, garlic, onion, parsley, celery, ginger), peanut paste 18% (peanuts), water, rehydrated shiitake mushrooms 12%, miso paste 10% (water, soy 30%, rice, salt, alcohol), soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), cane sugar, Mirin rice wine (rice, water, lemon extract), apple cider vinegar, sunflower oil, Gochujang paste (rice, water, glucose syrup, hot paprika powder, salt, soybeans, alcohol, wheat extract, yeast extract, maltodextrin, garlic concentrate, koji starter), salt, spice blend 0.5% (chilli flakes, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, coriander), seaweed. May contain traces of other tree nuts, sesame and mustard.
Store in a dry, dark and cool place. Once opened, refrigerate at up to +7 °C and use within 14 days. Best before: 2 months. Country of origin: EU.
