Pad Thai is a Thai classic that combines sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors. Although it may seem complicated, with our Pad Thai sauce, you’ll be able to make it at home with ease. We prepared it together with Chef Štěpán Návrat in our kitchen in Přerov using high-quality ingredients and an authentic recipe.

Just add noodles, vegetables, and protein, and you’re done

Preparation

Pour boiling water over the pho noodles and let them soften for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, slice the meat or tofu and chop the vegetables (carrots, red onion).

Sauté the meat in a wok, add the egg, stir, then add the vegetables and noodles. Stir in ½ glass of Pad Thai sauce.

Garnish with the green parts of scallions, chopped peanuts, and lime.

Tip

Want it spicier? Add chili flakes. Want a more authentic flavor? Season with fish sauce.

Storage

 Store away from direct sunlight at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C. Once opened, keep refrigerated at a temperature not exceeding +7 °C and consume within 7 days.
